Born in 1926 in the heart of Grasse, the world’s perfume capital, Fragonard has been weaving a tapestry of exquisite fragrances for nearly a century, harmoniously fusing tradition with innovation. The brand, named after the renowned French painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard, mirrors the brand’s profound connection to art and culture.

Service Highlights: A New Era of Engagement

Fragonard, with its museums scattered across several locations, offers a unique, free-of-charge experience for both individual and group visitors. To elevate brand perception and revenue, Fragonard envisioned a strategy to inspire visitors from China to follow their WeChat official account and explore their online store on YouZan.

The challenge was to craft an irresistible event that would captivate visitors and motivate them to follow the WeChat account. Our innovative solution? A digitally enhanced image that seamlessly merges the visitors’ selfie with a meticulously designed museum theme background. This not only provides a unique souvenir for the visitors but also promotes Fragonard’s brand and products in a fun and interactive way.

We conceived the “Digital Souvenir” initiative, a unique experience where visitors could capture a selfie at the museum and receive a personalized, museum-themed image directly through WeChat. Leveraging advanced AI technology, we removed the original background from the selfie and replaced it with a beautifully designed museum-themed backdrop. This created a unique and personalized souvenir that visitors could share with their friends and family, further spreading the word about Fragonard and their visit to the museum.

To receive their Digital Souvenir, visitors were encouraged to follow Fragonard’s WeChat Official account, resulting in a significant increase in follower numbers and interaction with the online store.
