With operations spanning approximately 330 sites and a consistent growth trajectory, Sodexo is committed to enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Service Highlights:

Pioneering a New Era of Operational Excellence Sodexo’s extensive network includes 100 partially subsidized sites, each requiring tailored solutions to meet specific operational needs. To address these challenges and drive innovation, we embarked on a multi-phase project designed to streamline Sodexo’s business processes and integrate cutting-edge technology, including the development of a robust and flexible ecosystem using C#.

Phase 1 Scoping:

Establishing the Framework The first phase of our project focused on scoping the essential business processes. This phase was crucial in establishing a robust framework for future enhancements. Key components of Phase 1 included:

  • IC Card Integration: Implementing a seamless system for managing employee and customer access through integrated IC cards.
  • Product Management: Developing a comprehensive product management system to streamline inventory and supply chain operations. Customer Management: Enhancing customer relationship management to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Synchronization: Ensuring real-time data synchronization across all sites to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Sales Record: Implementing a reliable system for recording and tracking sales transactions. Payment Record: Establishing a secure and efficient payment recording system to manage financial transactions.

Phase 2 Solution Development:

Expanding Capabilities Building on the success of the initial scoping, Phase 2 introduced the development of additional business processes to further enhance Sodexo’s operational capabilities. This phase included:

Phase 3 Deployment and Support:

Scaling Up The final phase of the project focused on preparing and deploying the solution across 100 sites. This phase involved:

  • Configuring Different Sites: Customizing configurations to meet the unique requirements of each site.
  • Setting Up First Level of Support: Establishing a first level of support to address immediate issues and queries.
  • Setting Up Second Level of Support: Implementing a second level of support for more complex technical challenges.
  • Maintenance Processes: Developing maintenance processes to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of the system.
  • Enhancement Processes: Creating enhancement processes to continuously improve and adapt the solution to evolving needs.
