January 29th, an enlightening panel discussion was held by La Ruche, the active network of French-speaking women in Shanghai. Moderated by La Ruche’s Jeanne Chabaud, the panel featured insights from Natacha Extier, head of a marketing services agency, and Guillaume Mallet, Account Manager at System In Motion, a company committed to “Empowering the knowledge worker” with AI tools, automation platforms and AI transformation consulting services.
Why do it in one day? The last few times we decided to refresh our website, migrate it to a new platform, or update the layout, it took between a few weeks and a few months, and that what was painful. The typical project was to decide what needed to change, starting the work, looking at the results, then having new ideas.
