AI for Business Analysts Training

Overview

Participants produce reviewed, decision-ready analysis work from an approved business question and structured dataset. They understand how AI can be leverage for accuracy data analysis, avoid comment issues and errors.

Who should attend

• Roles: Business analysts, process/operations analysts and business partners turn an approved business question and structured synthetic dataset into reviewed analysis work.
• Prerequisites: Foundation training in AI or daily practice validated by AI Maturity Assessment. Participants bring knowledge of their organisation, market, department and current KPIs.
• Platform access: Either an internal AI corporate platform with agentic coding capabilities, a Microsoft 365 Copilot corporate license. Alternatively, a temporary AIM platform can be deployed for the training.
• Delivery context: Facilitated practice-based 3h workshop. The training provides open data set for practice, and participants can also bring their own sanitized data.

What you will learn

• Frame a business question with available data, assumptions, decisions and validation questions.
• Create and independently verify a constrained pricing/decision option.
• Specify and review data-preparation rules and a qualified correlation/pattern check.
• Test an agent-assisted dataset output through source/access and changed-input validation.
• Communicate a decision-ready insight with evidence, limitations, a data owner and next validation step.
• State one safe next analyst workflow and its reviewer.
