AI for Project Management Training
AI for Project Management Training
Overview
Participants turn a project scenario into reviewed stakeholder, risk, project-health, change-response, launch-readiness and postmortem artefacts. They learn to use AI for structured first drafts while retaining accountable human decision-making, factual validation and safe-data handling.
Who should attend
- Roles: Project managers, PMO staff, workstream leads, delivery managers and project sponsors.
- Prerequisites: Foundation training in AI or daily practice validated by AI Maturity Assessment. Participants bring knowledge of their organisation, market, department and current KPIs.
- Platform access: Either an internal AI corporate platform with agentic coding capabilities, a Microsoft 365 Copilot corporate license. Alternatively, a temporary AIM platform can be deployed for the training.
- Delivery context: Facilitated practice-based 3h workshop. The training provides open data set for practice, and participants can also bring their own sanitized data.
What you will learn
- Produce and review stakeholder interview questions, a risk register, a stakeholder map, a North Star and a kick-off agenda.
- Define observable project-health indicators and Green/Yellow/Red thresholds.
- Decompose a change request, compare neutral scenarios, and prepare clear team and stakeholder communication.
- Create a final-sprint triage process, Go-Live readiness artefacts and a psychologically safe postmortem workflow.
- Explain the data boundary and improve AI output through evidence-based human review.
