AI for Recruitment Training

Overview

Participants create a human-reviewed workflow from employer brand voice to role brief, interview kit, evidence-based shortlist and respectful candidate communication.

Who should attend

• Roles: Recruiters, talent-acquisition leads, HR business partners and hiring managers.
• Prerequisites: Foundation training in AI or daily practice validated by AI Maturity Assessment. Participants bring knowledge of their organisation, market, department and current KPIs.
• Platform access: Either an internal AI corporate platform with agentic coding capabilities, a Microsoft 365 Copilot corporate license. Alternatively, a temporary AIM platform can be deployed for the training.
• Delivery context: Facilitated practice-based 3h workshop. The training provides open data set for practice, and participants can also bring their own sanitized data.

• Create a truthful employer-brand voice from safe source material.
• Build and review a job description, competencies and interview kit.
• Use transparent criteria to compare synthetic candidates and identify bias/fairness risks without automating hiring decisions.
• Draft accurate, respectful candidate communication.
• Apply privacy, fairness, consent and human-decision controls.
