AI Fundamentals Training

Overview

Participants turn one bounded work task into an AI prompt that saves them at least 1 hour at each execution. They can structure a structured E-RCFC prompt, they understand the critical elements that ensure high quality output, recognise unsafe or degraded conversations, and identify 5 other use cases to explore.

Who should attend

• Roles: Knowledge workers and managers who need a practical, non-technical introduction to safe AI-supported work.
• Prerequisites: None. Participants bring knowledge of their organisation, market, department and current KPIs.
• Platform access: Either an internal AI corporate platform, a Microsoft 365 Copilot corporate license. Alternatively, a temporary AIM platform can be deployed for the training.
• Delivery context: Facilitated practice-based 3h workshop, or two 1h30 online sessions. This training can have participants from different departments and divisions.

What you will learn

• State a task outcome, safe-input boundary, human reviewer and quality criteria.
• Construct and improve an E-RCFC prompt.
• Produce and review a useful work draft without accepting unverified output.
• Complete an applied chain with a human choice between options and a reviewed next step.
• Record one safe, valuable follow-up use case.
